Toni-Marie founded TMC Group in January 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in Corporate HR, Learning and Development and Talent Management. She has designed and led early career programmes and large-scale events for some of the world's most recognised technology organisations, influencing over 10,000 graduates across her career, including over 1,200 a year during her time at Microsoft.
Her background spans multi-day events in the US with more than 2,000 participants, through to focused cohort experiences for 50 to 250 people across US, Europe and Asia. She knows how to run the big moments and the smaller ones with equal care.
With long-standing partnerships in AV, media and event production, Toni-Marie ensures every experience is executed without a hitch and leaves a genuine impression on the people who go through it.

Operations Director
Mike
Mike brings over 30 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Leader, guiding cross-functional teams through complex change. He specialises in streamlining processes, managing logistics at scale and getting initiatives across the line in a way that sticks.
A qualified DISC and Five Behaviors facilitator and coach, he combines deep technical knowledge with a strong read on team dynamics. As Operations Director at TMC Group, Mike oversees IT policy, data protection and compliance across every engagement.
